Return Policy

Here at ZOETIK BEAUTY, your satisfaction is our top priority!  We try to be as detailed as possible on our site for our products, but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at: info@zoetik.com

Due to the nature of beauty products and for sanitation purposes, only unopened and unused items may be returned for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of purchase.  Only the purchased price of the item(s) will be refunded-- cost of shipping and taxes will not be refunded from an order.

We cannot offer direct exchanges at the moment, so please return the item for refund and repurchase the desired product at your convenience.

To request a return, email us at orders@zoetik.com with your Order Number, Item for Return, and Reason for Return. If the order is eligible for return, we will send you a prepaid UPS label.

Shipping charges are prepaid so no additional postage is required. The cost of return shipping ($5) will be deducted from your refund once we receive the return. Simply affix the included prepaid UPS label to your package and drop it in a UPS drop box or give it to a UPS carrier. You can schedule a pick up for your return at UPS.com.
If you prefer to use your own method of shipping, we recommend you insure and track your package. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
